Contributions
This journal accepts contributions from authors interested in publishing their
papers. All submissions must conform to the editing standards, available on
the Internet site of the journal. Unsolicited papers shall be submitted to the
Editorial Board for final decision on publication. All opinions expressed in
the papers are the sole responsibility of the authors and do not represent opinions
of Sur or the Editorial Board.
